CJ China

CJ China was opened early in 1978 as a branch office of Cheiljedang Corporation with the objective of penetrating the Chinese market. In 1994 July it was formally established as a corporation. CJ China is looking more into the continental part of China and Asia, which has displayed more market potential.

After having established a branch office in Beijing in 1994, CJ China expanded further into Shanghai. CJ China is constantly expanding its presence and influence in the region. In 1998, CJ Hongkong established its third branch office in Taipei, Taiwan and opened Chengdu post in 1999, due to expansion in business. As market's demand CJ Hongkong opened two more offices in Guangzhou and Dalian respectively in China in the early of this year.

Our main sales items are sugar, L-Lysine, nucleotides, MSG (monosodium glutamate), pharmaceuticals, chemicals, agriculturals and commodities. Also as a trading business, CJ China is developing new items, which are high quality food & feed additives, medicine, chemical and the related machinery from the suppliers all over the world and re-exporting to the third country.

Now CJ China is exploring potentiality to invest a fund and technology in China.
